It’s a two-day, done-with-you sprint for operators and developers serious about raising capital and owning their market narrative in 2026.

You’ll build the investor-facing brand, digital presence, and content system that will drive deal flow, attract LPs, and position you as a thought leader for the next 12 months.

You’ll walk out with a fully built GP brand system: investor positioning, website messaging, content scripts, filmed media assets, and a launch plan to amplify your story to 35,000+ investors and operators in the Thesis Driven network.

Capital Studio is not theory and thought leadership—it’s quick execution, immediate accountability, and focused outcomes.

Participation is limited to 10 sponsors per session to ensure individualized brand work and production quality. The investment is $25,000 per group all-inclusive of studio time, strategy, filming, and editing, as well as promotion across Thesis Driven.

Here’s exactly what the two days look like:

Day 1: Brand & Strategy

9:00 AM: Welcome + Orientation

Kickoff session with the Thesis Driven, Gesundheit, and Lemon Leverage teams. Overview of goals, deliverables, and creative process.

9:30 AM: Defining Your Brand Architecture

Workshop on how to articulate what your firm stands for–your “why,” investor audience, and differentiated edge.

11:00 AM: Group Review & Feedback

Each team shares positioning statements and storylines for live feedback from the Thesis Driven editorial team and peers.

12:00 PM: Lunch & Discussion (served on-site at Gesundheit)

Open discussion on investor psychology, messaging trends, and what’s resonating in today’s capital markets.

1:00 PM: Material Audit & Narrative Alignment

Deep dive into your firm’s existing materials–website, deck, bios, and visuals. Identify inconsistencies and opportunities to elevate design, tone, and clarity.

2:30 PM Personal Brand Workshop

Guided session to shape your personal narrative as a founder: what you believe, how you think, and how you stand apart.

3:30 PM: Content Strategy Lab

Build your content pillars, choose channels, and map a 3–6 month calendar of post topics and formats.

6:30 PM: Recap & Prep for Day 2

Review deliverables and prep for on-camera sessions, wardrobe, and tone for filming day.

Day 2: Production & Presence

9:00 AM: Setup + Camera Orientation

Onboarding with the Gesundheit production team. Lighting, sound, and on-camera comfort coaching.

9:30 AM: Hero Video Filming

Record your 90-second firm video — a cinematic, polished piece that defines your brand and thesis for use on your website, in decks, and on social.

11:30 AM: Playback & Feedback

Review first takes, adjust narrative emphasis, tone, and body language.

12:00 PM: Lunch & Discussion (served on-site at Gesundheit)

Conversation on storytelling for investors: balancing authenticity and professionalism.

1:00 PM: Founder & Team Interviews

Film long-form interviews and soundbites. Capture founder insights, team dynamics, and thesis articulation — the cornerstone of your YouTube and LinkedIn content.

3:30 PM: Direct-to-Camera Segments & Short-Form Capture

Record 10–20 short-form clips for social — investor updates, insights, or quick “educational” takes that build visibility and credibility.

5:00 PM: Wrap + Editorial Integration

Review footage, confirm post-production plan, and outline rollout schedule for Thesis Driven and CapitalStack features.

6:30 PM: Happy Hour (West Village)

Private table reserved for participants to unwind, connect, and celebrate the close of the cohort.
