Last week, Thesis Driven published a deep dive on CERES Chattahoochee Hills, the first purpose-built culinary-centric residential community in the United States. The project, now underway just outside of Atlanta, springs from a simple insight: wellness real estate has grown into a $548 billion market, yet food, the thing people organize their daily lives around, has rarely been treated as a primary amenity.
