Upcoming Course: Fundamentals of Real Estate Development–Starts March 23
A five-week interactive, online bootcamp designed for aspiring developers, investors, and operators to master how local real estate projects move from concept to completion
Local real estate development is one of those fields where the barrier to entry often isn’t money or connections. It’s knowledge. Many aspiring developers stall out because the process — how deals actually get structured, financed, and built — is opaque and genuinely hard to learn from the outside.
This course from Thesis Driven puts you on the inside.
Starting March 23, Thesis Driven kicks off The Fundamentals of Real Estate Development, a five-week online bootcamp that simulates the real-world experience of taking a local project from idea to ribbon-cutting. You’ll work through a single detailed development project alongside a first-time developer, confronting the decisions they face at every stage: evaluating the site, stress-testing the numbers, raising debt and equity, managing the design process, and navigating the negotiations that determine whether a deal actually gets done.
The format is cohort-based and instructor-led, with live weekly sessions and a capstone presentation at the end. You’ll leave with working models, a step-by-step playbook, and a peer community you’ll keep learning from long after the course ends.
