Workshop This Thursday: Breaking into Private Wealth

A 2-hour interactive workshop for real estate operators on crafting and delivering investor narratives to family offices / UHNWIs and RIAs

SpaceX's IPO turned more than 4,400 of its own employees into millionaires in a single afternoon, and the RIAs and private banks were on planes to court them within days.

Institutional money is frozen and over-allocated while private wealth is liquid, growing, and largely unmapped by the operators best positioned to use it. Winning it comes down to one thing sponsors chronically underrate: the story.

Raising money is about storytelling:

  • Know your audience, and what they want. The new rich want tax protection. Wealthy families want preservation. Doctors want passive income.

  • Establish credibility. No one will listen to you if they don’t think you’re an expert in your field. Prove it with pedigree and free advice.

  • Explain how you deliver value. In plain English, educate a family on how you reduce capital gains tax or help them shape their legacy (not upgrade a lobby).

  • Tell them why they’re unique, to you. They come from a trusted intro, align with you values, or provide a strategic perspective.

And reaching your audience:

  • Who can make introductions. Everyone has relationships that can open doors, but you need the strategy & patience to nurture them.

  • What content do they consume, and where. AI allows you to deliver more personalized content campaigns across channels, not more cold emails.

  • Where can you meet them IRL. The value of building in-person relationships has never been higher; figure out where they are and go there.
